Melatonin-level control lamp with automatic color temperature and light intensity regulation.

The development process of a melatonin-level controlling lamp is presented throughout this
thesis. Background knowledge about Melatonin and how it affects the human body is mediated.
A model of the lamps housing is designed with Autodesk Fusion 360. With Arduino Uno, a
controlling software is developed, regulating the light temperature and intensity emitted from
the lamp. The housing of the lamp then is printed with a 3D printer. Material analysis and
comparison are provided. A test study is implemented as a proof of concept and to gather
information about possible improvements. A conclusion about the project evaluating the
success of the lamp concept marks the end of the dissertation.
